Services Overview
- Web page design and implementation of static HTML pages. Most pages fall into this category and usually require the least time of development.
- Development of dynamic web pages. This includes smaller applications such as Web forms but also larger complex database driven Web sites. Applications are usually built using PHP and MySQL.
- Web site / application maintenance. Updates and modifications are made upon the clients requests.
How to make a request
Requests should be sent to the Web Development Team at webdev@mccormick.northwestern.edu. The client then meets with the McCormick IT programmer to set up the goals and the schedule of the project.
Services fee
The fee is $30 per hour for all services including maintenance. Arrangements can be made so that the client can maintain static Web pages. This fee does not apply to departments that McCormick IT explicitly supports.
